By accessing, downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Smart Web Signer (“the Software”), you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software.
The Software is provided with a seven (7) days free trial with full functionality, starting from the date of first installation.
The free trial is provided solely for evaluation purposes, allowing the User to:
The User bears full responsibility for testing the Software during the free trial period before making any purchase decision.
Upon purchase, the User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, time-limited license to use the Software for a period of one (1) year, according to the purchased license type:
The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Developer.
The Software provides cryptographic and digital signature functionalities.
The User acknowledges and agrees that:
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
The Developer does not warrant that the Software will be free from bugs, defects, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
This limitation applies even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Developer has no obligation to provide:
Any assistance, updates, or fixes provided by the Developer are voluntary and provided at the Developer’s sole discretion, and do not create any ongoing obligation.
The User acknowledges and agrees that:
All purchases are final.
Once a license is purchased, no refunds, returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted, regardless of usage, bugs, limitations, or dissatisfaction.
The free trial period is provided to allow evaluation of the Software before purchase.
The User agrees not to use, export, re-export, or transfer the Software in violation of applicable export control laws or sanctions regulations.
The Software must not be used for any unlawful, prohibited, or restricted purpose.
The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend the license immediately if the User violates these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, all use of the Software must immediately cease.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
